Delivery

We package and send our orders Monday to Friday, and all orders received at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 2-3 days of dispatch.

We use a various delivery service and the provider we mainly use Royal Mail or DPD for Next day delivery’s

We offer a choice of shipping services for deliveries in the UK.

Breakages

We take care to ensure that it is packed safely and securely using appropriate packaging. If your order is broken when it arrives, please email sales@whiskyrockscompany.com within 24 hours, so we can resolve it straight away for you.

Returns

If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please get in touch with us at sales@whiskyrockscompany.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

If you are looking to return anything, we can only accept products that are unopened and in their original packaging. 

Postage and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we will not pay for any unwanted orders to be sent or returned
